We research Commercial Conversion opportunities and then with private finance partners, turn them into bricks and mortar.  This is achieved by our strong relationships with local agents who work with us closely and pro-actively.  Areas for development and building designs are carefully chosen to match local area to ensure easy selling of all units at end of project build.
