Chris Wheatcroft:
An experienced residential property Director, Chris has over 25 years experience in the residential and commercial property sector, with the last ten years at senior Director level at The William Pears Group, dealing with all aspects of residential property for one of the largest private Landlords in the UK.
Along with managing large teams, his experience is with property acquisitions and disposals, development, planning, general property management and appraisals, along with European property investment, asset management, refurbishment and appraisals (portfolio and development). He has managed a diverse UK portfolio of which the value was in excess of £1.5bn. Chris is a motivated and driven professional who has ability to make sound, quick business decisions. He is creative, has vision and can pre-empt matters. Chris also able to develop both short and long term strategies and implement with relevant systems, procedures and goal settings. A good motivator, he is able to bring the best out of colleagues.
Glenda Taylor:
Is an entrepreneur having created and sold two skincare companies. One was an aromatherapy brand which was bought by a PLC and employed over twenty staff. The other was a 100% Organic Skincare company called Balm Balm.
Glenda originally trained as a dancer and danced professionally until her first child was born. She then segued out of dancing and into aromatherapy where she became an ’Authority’ and created and consulted on many brands, even creating a bespoke perfume for royalty! Both aromatherapy and dance are still very much in her life. Glenda goes to ballet class regularly and has a beautiful range of five facial serums called Angelico as working with natural oils is an ingrained part of her life. A published author, Glenda has written three books. She has boundless enthusiasm and since going on many courses to learn about property development, is loving dealing with property agents and searching out Commercial Build opportunities using local knowledge and online research.
Haydn Taylor:
Haydn has been Technical Director of a national ballet company & two production companies covering a wide range of clients such as Ford, Toyota. Lexus, B&Q, McDonald’s and Blue Chip Financial institutions. He has also mixed the roles of Account Handling, Producing and running the technical aspects of AGMs for Tomkins, Northumbrian & Southern Water plus other events all over UK, Europe, USA, Northern Africa, Korea and beyond.
The past few years, Haydn has freelanced and run various diverse events such as being Technical Director for the G8 in Northern Ireland, organising the whole technical and logistical aspect on-site which involved ensuring project and logistics run along tight agreed timelines between Production Company, Northern Ireland Police, CPNP, BT, 2 x Venues, No:10, Foreign Office etc,. Budgets for these events typically are over £3 million and planning, budget control and timing are ‘of the essence’.
